McAfee has bought an anti-spam program that they now sell under the name of McAfee spamkiller.The cost for this program is approx 30-40 dollars per year.

This anti-spam program can easily be used by a ordinary person. It has some builtin features on how to see if an e-mail is a spam. This is done by contacting a server at mcafee. You can also easily add your buddies which you trust and don't want to be classified as spammers.
